There was plenty happening across the leagues in Geelong and the Bellarine on Saturday.

Geelong West hung on in a thriller as the club honoured its past, Geelong Amateur flexed its muscles, while Belmont Lions won a nailbiter.

In netball, the Giants netball side got a big win and a strong third term helped the Ammos to victory.

And there was more quality Anzac Day action on Friday.
