A Gold Coast social media star has received high praise for opening up about her relationship with food and promoting body positivity saying, “you should love your body too”.

Anna Paul skyrocketed to TikTok stardom in 2020 when she began documenting her life on the Coast in daily 60-second videos.

Her account was shut down in March 2021, supposedly because she worked as a content creator for adult subscription platform OnlyFans.

She since made a new TikTok account and continued to make content on her life by the beach, where she goes and why she loves it.

On the October 17, Anna shared a video to her 778.2k followers on TikTok replying to a comment from someone asking “how are you not fat”.

“Huge trigger warning to people with eating disorders but I get this question every day of my life,” Anna said.

“You guys see I have a fairly slim build but you also see that I eat all the time.

“The thing is, I do eat all the time. I don’t count calories and I never feel guilty.

“I just start eating when I am hungry and I stop eating when I am full.”

She said she hoped her followers who watched the video to love their bodies no matter what food they ate.

“I wish that you don’t see food as calories and that you see it as something yummy,” she said.

“I hope you see your body not as something that has to be perfect but something that keeps you alive.”

Anna said she was raised in a household which did not count calories and never spoke of diets.

“As you can see I don’t have a gym body but I love my body no matter what and you will too. You got this,” she finished the video with.

“This is exactly what I needed right now. I have always been so insecure,” one commenter wrote.

“I needed this message today Anna, thank you,” another said.

Anna liked a comment saying: “I love watching your videos because I know there are young people out there watching you eat what you want and I hope they know they should too.”

However, some still had doubts as one person commented: “Not everyone is lucky enough to eat whatever they please with no consequence.”
