There were heavy delays on a key Gold Coast road on Tuesday afternoon after a three car crash which saw one car roll near one of the city’s largest shopping centres.

There were heavy delays on a key Gold Coast road on Tuesday afternoon after a three car crash which saw one car roll near one of the city’s largest shopping centres.

Emergency services were called to the incident on the Gold Coast Highway in Helensvale, right by Westfield just before 5pm.

A spokesperson for the Queensland Ambulance Service said there were four people in the three cars involved. Two of the people denied assistance and two were treated by paramedics.
