A former Geelong doctor accused of a number of offences against patients, including rape, has again fronted court.
Shafiul Milky appeared in the Melbourne County Court on Friday and is scheduled to face trial in the same court next month.

The court heard the defence had not given notice about their intention to seek a suppression order however, an interim order was granted by Judge Andrew Palmer in the interest of justice.
Mr Milky, 61, was bailed to appear again on July 9.
The Highton-based GP stands accused of a raft of charges.
