Large helicopters were seen looming over Geelong on Wednesday morning, catching the attention of people across the city.
It is believed the two choppers, which were hovering over the city about 10am, were filming for Channel 10’s reality show Hunted.
The series follows a group of “fugitives” who are on the run from a team of expert “hunters” and must avoid capture for about 20 days.
A group of about 30 contestants in dark, outdoor clothing were seen around the Wharf Shed about 10am at the waterfront with a number of cameramen and photographers.
A number of producers were yelling instructions to the contestants before filming commenced.
Residents took to social media as the helicopters hovered over the city, curious as to what the fuss was all about.
A number of cameras could be seen inside the choppers.
