A man shot in Norlane on Sunday night is still fighting for his life and has been transferred to a hospital in Melbourne.

A man shot in Norlane is still fighting for life and has been transferred to a hospital in Melbourne.
The 47-year-old man was taken from Geelong hospital to the Alfred hospital in Melbourne on Monday evening.
A spokeswoman from the Alfred confirmed the man was in a critical but stable condition on Tuesday morning.
The victim had serious injuries to his upper body and it’s understood he underwent surgery at Geelong hospital.
No arrests had been made as of Tuesday morning, but police are continuing to investigate the shooting.
Officers were called to the intersection of Alkira and Yooringa avenues after reports a man had suffered a gunshot wound about 11pm on Sunday.
On Monday morning, a large crime scene had been established near where the man was found, stretching from a shopping strip along Alkira Ave to Evans Reserve on Sparks Rd.
It is not yet known exactly where the man was shot but it’s understood it was a targeted attack.
A State Emergency Service (SES) tent had been set up on the edge of the football oval at Evans Reserve to preserve any evidence.
Detectives were seen knocking on doors nearby, while forensic officers collected evidence and took photos near the Alkira Ave shops.
One officer could be seen scraping a wooden bench out the front of a bottle shop.
A nearby resident said he heard the sound of a gunshot while another woke to a “loud commotion” and said the shooting was “too close to home”.
Multiple neighbours described the incident as “scary” and were concerned about a spike in crime in the area.
Less than two kilometres away, a shop was ram raided and firebombed twice in seven days on Donnybrook Rd. Those incidents have been handed to specialist detectives probing the tobacco wars.
The shop attacks and the shooting are not believed to be linked at this stage.
The majority of shops along Alkira Ave, which include a milk bar and bottle shop, were closed on Monday morning while others opened later in the day.
