SaniteX Global chief executive and founder David Collard – who runs the company

from its New York office – said it was an enormous achievement for the company.

SaniteX Global is proud to have been awarded the contract, which all New York agencies –

including the NYPD, Department of Health, and Department of Education – are

required to buy from for the next five years under state procurement rules.

Australia’s Consul-General to New York Nick Greiner said New York was hit hard and early by the pandemic, so to see an Australian company help the state manage an effective Covid recovery serves as a reminder of the world-class innovation that comes from our shores.

“In such a competitive market, I am delighted to see an Australian-led company has been chosen to provide PPE, which meets the health safety requirements of government agencies such as the NYPD, Department of Health and Department of Education,” he said.
