Paramedics confirmed a woman in her 40s was treated for smoke inhalation and upper body injuries.

She was taken to Geelong hospital in a stable condition.

Police confirmed the fire was not being treated as suspicious.

“It is understood a fire truck attending the incident clipped a power pole,” a police spokeswoman said

“The passenger of the truck sustained minor injuries and did not require hospital treatment.”

At least six fire units responded to the blaze and a fire investigator could be seen at the scene as well as a number of police.
