Two people have been transported to hospital following a vehicle and pedestrian incident near Pimlico High School this afternoon, with traffic blocked in one lane.
Emergency services were called to Hugh Street near Pimlico High School just after 3pm where it is believed at least one pedestrian was struck by a car.
Details behind the crash remain unknown at this stage.
Queensland Ambulance Service advised two stable patients were transported to Townsville Hospital.
