Greenpoint Medical Services in Bridgewater has announced the closure of its service due to “challenges” to its operations.
The centre, which is currently open five days a week, made the announcement to its patients on Monday.
Apologising to its “valued” patients, the clinic said in an online statement that it would be “unsustainable” to continue to run.
“We understand that our closure will pose challenges for patients who will require a new care provider,” the clinic’s statement read.
“We want to assure you that continuity of care, and you wellbeing remains our top concern throughout this transition.”
The clinic said it will provide its patients with information on other nearby healthcare providers accepting new patients.
They assured that medical records will be transferred to a chosen provider at no cost to patients.
The clinic will close on December 8 this year.
