A woman has died after she was run over by the slasher attachment of a tractor in a suspected domestic violence incident.

Emergency services were called after reports of a sudden death at an Undullah Rd property in Woodhill, near Beaudesert, south of Brisbane, about 9.30am on Thursday.

When officers arrived at the property, they found a 41-year-old Woodhill woman. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Queensland Ambulance Service said the woman had been found with “significant injuries” after a “farm machinery incident”.
