It was a day for GFNL dynasties on Friday at Kardinia Park.
In the seniors, Leopold made it two senior flags in as many years as they beat South Barwon by 21 points.
The Swans were at least in the game for the majority of the match after last year’s 50-point fizzer 12 months prior.
Meanwhile, in the reserves, the Swans collected their second premiership in three seasons after beating St Mary’s by five points.
And in a thrilling under-18s decider, Newtown & Chilwell made it three on the trot after Ben Pannisi kicked the matchwinning goal right before the final siren against St Joseph’s.
More than 10,000 people attended the day as the grand final returned to GMHBA Stadium for the first time in five years.
