Morning commuters are being asked to exercise patience while emergency crews attend a two-vehicle crash on Dalrymple Rd.

The crash is located at the Dalrymple Rd, Greenview Dr intersection in Mount Louisa.

Fire crews on the scene reported the two-vehicle crash had affected traffic in at least one lane.

Paramedics said one patient was able to exit their damaged vehicle on their own and is being assessed, but is largely stable.

The second vehicle contained two occupants, both have declined assessment by the ambulance crew.

Police will soon take over the scene.
