SYDNEYSIDERS Victor and Edite dos Santos were blown away by their kunanyi/Mt Wellington experience and can’t wait for their next encounter with the majestic mountain.
The couple were among the first people to use the new hop-on, hop-off shuttle bus to the top of kunanyi/Mt Wellington, which had a soft launch on Monday.
Mr dos Santos said he loved the experience aboard the kunanyi/Mt Wellington Explorer Bus.
“The driver was amazing and explained everything,” he said.
“It was friendly, informative and I will recommend it to anyone.”
kunanyi/Mt Wellington Explorer Bus Company owner Jonathan Gregory said it opted for a soft launch to address any bugs in the system.
“The plan is to launch the full service about November 1 when we will have the two buses running hourly and it will be all systems go,” he said.
