A mum of six, who gave birth to triplets in October 2022, has shared some unexpected things she could do when she was pregnant - despite not being able to fit behind the steering wheel of her car.

Monetress Washington, who posts on social media under @tripletsmamaplus3, regularly shares videos of her mum-life - including pics and videos of her most recent pregnancy, which saw her grow a very impressive bump.

I was pregnant with triplets - and too big to fit in my car

"My family of eight is complete"

In post that she shared at 33 weeks, the mum measured the fundal height — the distance between the top of the uterus and pubic bone — which reached more than 50cm, while her abdominal circumference was almost 130 cm.

"My baby girls arrived exactly 6 days later," Monetress captioned the video, which has been viewed more than a million times.

After giving birth, the mum told the world: "I was 33 weeks and 6 days pregnant when I had them which is amazing for triplets. Babies Yuri Love, Bellamy Faith, and Ciri Hope are thriving and will be home with the family within days.

"My heart is so full and my family of eight is complete," she wrote on Instagram, adding, "The series of events leading up to their arrivals was nothing short of amazing and miraculous! I am so blessed and humbled by this entire experience."

"I used it as a table to eat off"

That's not to say carrying the triplets was easy on the mum.

In one clip, viewed more than 150,000 times, Montetress demonstrated how she was able to use her bump as a table, as she balanced food on it.

“Putting my belly bump shelf to good use,” she joked.

Since the birth of the babies at the end of last year, the mum has shared her postpartum journey, admitting her recovery wasn't straightforward.

"Losing weight after triplets has been incredibly challenging for me, but I am trusting the process!" she told her viewers.

"It can be very challenging trying to fit in time for myself, but I had to take a step back and learn how to prioritize my time and plan my day for things that are important to me."
