When she decided to share glimpses of her twin toddlers on the family's Instagram page, it didn't take long for inquiries to pour in regarding how she distinguishes between her identical offspring.

One commenter asked, "Do they go by nicknames?" The mother replied matter-of-factly with, "Bj and trey."

Critics emerged, questioning the wisdom of bestowing identical names upon siblings.
