A Coles shopper has shared the nasty note they left on a stranger’s car after their shoddy parking job.

The man returned to his car after a grocery shop on Wednesday in a Newcastle carpark when he saw a Range Rover parked over the lines of its parking bay and just inches away from his Mazda.

Yahoo News reports the man scribbled out a quick, but angry, note and slipped it onto the Range Rover’s windscreen.

The note read ‘Next time don’t be a c***head and park so close to a f***ing car!!!’.

The man behind the note said he was angry that the “entitled” Range Rover driver had not considered how difficult it would be for him to both get into his car and drive out of his space.

He shared his angry note on social media, and was met with a wave of support from other drivers.

Yahoo News reports many others spoke of their “frustration” at bad parking, saying there was “entitlement everywhere”.

Others pointed out that parking so close didn’t help anyone, as it increased the risk of damage to your car when opening the driver’s side door.

'Entitled' parking acts sweeping across the nation

The man isn’t the first Aussie to get frustrated over a seemingly selfish parking act, and he certainly won’t be the last.

Earlier this month, another Aussie expressed their displeasure at a ute who had taken up two primo spots at a Snowy Mountains ski field.

Other Aussies have taken up the fight against the unwritten parking rules, including people who park in the pram parking spaces at shopping centres even though they don’t have kids.

It’s not just parking jobs that ruffle people’s feathers either, as a lot of people get frustrated at other lazy acts that block access to parking spaces, including people leaving their shopping trolleys in a nearby space rather than taking it back to the bay.

Our tip though? Don’t take ‘justice’ into your own hands if you see a dodgy parking job, just dob them in using the snap, send and solve app.
