After disappearing off the shelves a year ago, a beloved item has returned to one major supermarket.

Biscoff ice cream sticks are back at Woolworths after they were first introduced into the supermarket in March 2023 for a limited time only.

Food TikToker @nectoriouspapi took to the social media app after he discovered the ice creams, telling fans to “run, not walk”.

“Look what’s back! A year later, after they disappeared, the Biscoff ice creams are finally back,” he excitedly told his followers.

The ice cream comes in a white chocolate and milk chocolate version, with a three-pack of the frozen treat selling for $9.50.

He said if people tried them last time around then they already knew how good the ice creams were.

TikTok user @AngeEats taste tested the white chocolate version of the treat last year.

“Holy sh*t this is nice, this is absolutely beautiful,” he said after his first bite, before showing his followers the Biscoff layer wedged between the ice cream and the chocolate layers.

“It’s got little pieces of Biscoff on the outside too. It’s kind of like eating a Magnum but biscuit.”

Social media users have had a strong reaction to the ice creams returning to stores.

“These are sooo good but so expensive so for the same price I started to make my own. I got 24 bars for $10,” one social media user said.

Another added: “Omg I was just thinking about these tonight.”

“Still not on the Sunny Coast,” one commiserated.

Others were shocked at the $9.50 price point.

“Run don’t walk because they will raise the price before you get there,” one said.

Another added: “$9.50 for 3!!!! That’s insane!!!”

Woolworths sells close to 10 million ice cream tubs and multipacks every month – no matter what time of year it is.

Customers tend to favour multipacks over ice cream tubs.
