MY Kitchen Rules ‘villain’ Hadil Faiza has lashed out after Alex and Emily were crowned winners, making a string of bitter comments on social media.
Hadil, along with her cooking partner Sonya Mefaddi, representing NSW, who were booted from the show for verbally abusing fellow contestants back in March, were a notable absence from last night’s finale, which saw all the former contestants return to kitchen headquarters.
But Hadil’s exclusion hasn’t stopped her from weighing into the final episode, claiming Kim and Suong ‘deserved’ it, and that even if she was in the finals and ‘cooked better’, she would have still lost.
“I promise you even if we were in the finals we would have lost even if we cooked better,” Hadil wrote on her Instagram post which was promoting runner-up Kim Tran’s new restaurant set to open in Williamstown, near Melbourne.

“I like Alex and Emily but they lost in elimination house sorry kim and soung (sic) deserved this,” she replied to another user.”
Gold Coast couple Alex Clark and Emily O’Kane nabbed a surprise win, scoring 55 out of 60, while Kim and Suong fell just short with 53 in last night’s drama-filled showdown.
But fans questioned how the champions got near perfect scores when their lobster dish was heavily criticised but Kim and Suong’s dessert was only slightly faulted.
Hadil also claimed her friends and fellow contestants Georgie and Alicia, who were eliminated in March after losing to Alex and Emily, ‘went home for no reason’ after storming off set in tears when it aired.
“i was very angry i watched my 2 best friends go home for no reason,” she replied to a fan.
Sonya and Hadil caused a social media uproar after Manu Feildel excused them from the table in the “MKR scandal” we’d all been waiting for for months.
The pair told their rivals repeatedly that they’d “come for them”.
Sonya even went as far to say they were “all disrepectful a**holes”. They were then removed from the show — and never returned.
Going forward, Hadil revealed she'd like to host her own TV show: “my dream is having my own show no more competitions for me,” she wrote.
