HAMILTON AGRICULTURAL SHOW
Hamilton Recreation Grounds, 8am-5pm
Show jumping, sheep shearing, home industries, a ute competition and an animal nursery are among the drawcards at this popular country show. High Tea will be served from the grandstand so sit back with a cup of tea and some tasty cakes and watch the action unfold. Admire the vintage cars on display, try clay target shooting or get up close to snakes at the reptile display. Gates open at 8am. This free expo brings together more than 100 exhibitors promoting health and wellness. ESTIA GREEK STREET FESTIVAL

The 26th Estia festival will celebrate Greek culture and traditions through music, dance, arts, crafts, wine and, of course, food. FRUIT WINE AND CIDER FESTIVAL
Bellerive Boardwalk, 11am-4pm
Taste some of the 170 wines and ciders from Tasmania and interstate at this waterfront festival on Hobart’s Eastern Shore. A special attraction of this year’s festival is the lineup of 27 meads — both sparkling and still — made by fermenting honey with a range of fruits and spices. There will also be live music, talks from experts, wine and cider sales and plenty of food at the event, which is hosted by Rotary Club of Howrah.
