Australian actor Ruby Rose has penned a tribute to late Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre, praising her as a trailblazing warrior.
Rose, who has previously opened up about having an abusive father and also her exit from Hollywood due to claims of sexual misconduct, bullying, harassment and unsafe working conditions, said Giuffre who died by suicide at the weekend was “judged and blamed”.
“Thank you for everything you endured in your 41 years,’’ Rose posted to social media.
“Thank you for your resilience and courage. We did not deserve you.
“Like many other trailblazing warriors, who risked it all to bring down an unstoppable monster. You returned home, not to a hero’s welcome, but to be judged and blamed and left to fend for yourself.
“We as a people will stalk, humiliate and “hold accountable” someone accused of “stolen valor”. Yet we let our VETS return home to a life of no support.
“Many with PTSD, and don’t blink an eye when money is taken from their care.”
Rose also referred to US president Donald Trump and his friendship with accused sexual predator Epstein.
“We as a people, will vote on a president based around their proximity to Jeffrey Epstein. Start seven hundred thousand conspiracy chat rooms to “bring him down”, and demand his ‘list’ be made public. All whilst ignoring the only person who actually fought that fight. In person. Alone,’’ Rose continued.
“To Virginia’s family. I am sending you so much strength and healing. I cannot imagine the toll this has taken on you all.
“We as a people do not have our priorities quite right, but you Virginia, did. You have all of my, and many survivors around the world’s, unwavering love and respect. R. I. P I just know God has you in his arms. So very very proud of his baby girl.”
