RE-FORMED US band LCD Soundsystem have announced their Splendour in the Grass sideshows.
The band, fronted by James Murphy, will play Hordern Pavilion in Sydney on July 24 and Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne on July 26.
Both are all ages show with tickets on sale April 20 at 11am, with Frontier Touring holding presales for members starting next Tuesday.
Murphy split the band in 2011 after scoring underground hits including Daft Punk Is Playing at My House, Drunk Girls, Losing My Edge, All My Friends and I Can Change.
The band will headline the Coachella festival in the US this month before playing the final night of Splendour in Byron Bay.
Murphy has pleaded with fans to not record any new songs on their phones, or any old songs.
A new album from the band is in the works.
