Tickets

Official outlets and resale platforms like Ticketek Marketplace have a small amount of tickets left so fans are encouraged to get in quick.

The box office will open from 4.30pm each day if tickets are still available for purchase.

Camping and queues

Hundreds of Billie Eilish superfans have camped overnight outside the Brisbane Entertainment Centre (BEC), defying warnings from officials.

Despite electronic billboards flashing “NO CAMPING ALLOWED” after Tuesday night’s opener and security actively moving people off the property, determined fans on Wednesday still pitched tents at the nearby train station and surrounding public areas, eager to secure prime spots inside the venue.

Among them was Logan local Jared Barton, who arrived at 9.05pm on Tuesday – before the previous night’s show had even finished – and endured a sleepless night just to maintain his place in line.

“I’ve been here since 9.05pm, and we didn’t sleep at all last night,” he said.

“Forty minutes of sleep and seven energy drinks are keeping me going right now. We just chilled out all night with the other fans and listened to some Billie on my portable speaker. Then we started lining up at 2am.”

BEC officials have reiterated that camping is not permitted on venue grounds, but it appears this has done little to deter Eilish’s most dedicated followers.

With approximately 300 people camping out overnight at Boondall Station

for Wednesday’s concert, security reportedly spent the night enforcing the no-camping rule, directing fans away if they attempted to set up tents or sleep on BEC property.

However, many returned in the early hours to line up.

Superfans Clementine Barker and Becky Purt travelled all the way from the Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland, arriving in Brisbane early Wednesday on morning.

“It’s been a bit of a hike, but anything for Billie,” Ms Purt said.

Getting there

Concert tickets include free travel on Queensland Rail City Network trains (excluding Airtrain) and Transport for Brisbane buses to and from Brisbane Entertainment Centre.

The free travel will begin at midday and runs until the last service of the day.

Guests are encouraged to plan their journey through the TransLink app, to visit translink.com.au or call 13 12 30.

Boondall railway station on the Shorncliffe line is approximately 600m from the stadium.

Parking and Drop off

Parking at Brisbane Entertainment Centre is available for $18 per vehicle and is payable upon entry on card only.

Exiting the venue

Queensland Police will be assisting the venue with the large volume of traffic after the show.

All traffic exiting via Gate A will be diverted to Sandgate Road and all traffic exiting via Gate B will be directed to the Gateway Motorway.

Merchandise

Brisbane fans will be the first in the nation to secure the tour merchandise.

A big cashless retail hub will be open in the stadium with extended trading hours from 12 noon daily (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday).

Tour organisers said the range is extensive with some definite must have items.

Food and Drink

Hot and cold food and drinks will be available for purchase at an outlet near the Lakeside Turnstiles from 1pm.

All other catering outlets and licensed bars will be open from 5.30pm and identification must be provided when purchasing alcohol.

Pre-event checklist

Guests will require a valid event ticket for entry and are encouraged to bring a fully charged phone, photo identification, a debit/credit card.

Due to a possible network overload, guests are encouraged to organise a meeting spot with their party.

Posters brought into the venue must be made from nothing but paper, cardboard and contain no offensive language or images.
