Dua Lipa’s schedule for her Radical Optimism world tour in 2025 is bound to leave tens of thousands of her Australian fans feeling pessimistic.
The Dance All Night pop superstar shared 40 new dates in North America, Europe and the UK for her global tour next year overnight but so far has confirmed only two shows in Australia.
She will perform at Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne on March 20 and Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney on March 26.
There is some hope she may add extra shows here with the six-day gap between the two Aussie shows.
The stream queen, who has almost 33 billion plays of her songs on Spotify alone, played to almost 97,000 fans at seven shows in the five major capital cities here on her Future Nostalgia tour in 2022.
Radical Optimism, her third studio album, peaked at No. 2 in Australia when it was released in May, kept out of the top spot by the juggernaut that was Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department.
The 29-year-old singer has also become a cultural influencer thank to her pop success, heading up the Service95 Book Club and spotlighting activists and other creatives via her social media channels.
Demand will be high for the two shows with fans offered three options for buying tickets.
The first shot will be the Amex Presale Tickets for American Express card members which opens on September 18 at 11am local time.
The artist pre-sale opens on September 19 from 12pm via dualipa.com with fans encouraged to sign up now via her website.
The general onsale begins September 20 at 1pm local time at dualipa.com.
