US GQ enlisted the 35-year-old reality star to cover its Love, Sex and Madness issue, which also served as Kardashian’s first-ever cover for the magazine.
Wearing nothing but her diamond engagement ring from husband Kanye West, Kardashian used a black leather jacket to mask the most private parts of her naked body.
The mother of two also posed in lingerie and leather throughout the spread, channelling in her inner vixen as she paired a sheer bra with thigh-high boots and a luxury red trench.
This isn’t the first time Kardashian has stripped down since giving birth to son Saint West last December.
In March, the dark-haired bombshell sparked an internet frenzy for sharing a nude selfie on Instagram, using black boxes instead of clothing to shield her unmentionables.
