Pink has been forced to cancel a major ‘Summer Carnival Tour’ performance after a mystery illness left the singer ‘so sorry’ for the last-minute disappointment.

Pink has been forced to cancel a major “Summer Carnival” tour performance due to an illness that left the singer “so sorry” to her fans.

The 44-year-old cancelled her show in Switzerland just a day before she was due to take the stage, citing advice from her medical team.

The Summer Carnival Tour arrived in Sydney in February and continued across Australia before moving to Europe.

“I am so sorry that I have had to cancel my show in Bern this Wednesday,” she wrote on Instagram.

“I do everything I can to ensure I can perform for you every night, but after consultation with my doctor and exploring all options available, I’ve been advised that I’m unable to continue with the show.”

While the specifics of the illness remain a mystery, it follows the cancellation of another show in Wales on June 11 due to food poisoning.

She has spoken candidly in the past about her health battles, including bad asthma, ankle injuries, panic attacks, and a near-fatal drug overdose.

Pink was profuse in her disappointment to fans.

“I was looking forward to being with you and making memories with you and sharing our show with you and am so disappointed that we have to cancel,” she said.

“Sending love and health to you all, and I really hope to see you again soon.”

The Grammy-winner’s tour is scheduled to wrap in Europe in July before continuing to North America in August and ending in November.

Fans offered their well-wishes and support, telling her to “rest up” and put her “health first”.

“I’m sure your heart is broken most, because you don’t want to disappoint your fans,” one commentator said on Pink’s Instagram post.

“Take care of you, girl. We know you would never cancel a show unless it was absolutely necessary,” another added.
