MONA has won the hearts of tourists all over the world, but it seems the same can now be said for Australian film star Margot Robbie.
Robbie, 27, is in Hobart as part of what is believed to be a scouting mission.
The Mercury understands Robbie’s visit could be part of a film location search, but details remain unclear.
The former Neighbours star today uploaded a photo to Instagram and Twitter of her at Mona with the caption: “Mind. Blown.”
Robbie has 14 million Instagram followers and the post has been liked almost 340,000 times, with some of her 1 million Twitter followers also re-tweeting the post.
Tourism Industry Council of Tasmania chief Luke Martin was one who re-tweeted the photo, while Tasmanian musical theatre star John X commented saying: “Thanks for popping in @MargotRobbie, more power to you!”
