The actress looked terrifyingly beautiful as she hit the red carpet for the world premiere of Maleficent in Hollywood on Wednesday.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt donned matching all-black at the Maleficent premiere.

Jaws dropped as Jolie arrived with partner Brad Pitt in this leather Versace number, which had ruched detailing and was cinched in at the waist.

The dramatic floorlength gown had a theatrical train and the 38-year-old actress completed the spellbinding look with smoky eye make-up, black nail polish, and a sleek ponytail.

The famous pair held hands while arriving at premiere of Maleficent, held at the El Capitan Theatre in L.A.

There was some early excitement on the red carpet when a gatecrasher rushed at Pitt and had to be taken out by security guards. Pitt seemed relatively unfazed by the scuffle and continued signing autographs for fans.
