Sign Prince Harry no longer talks with the Beckhams

There have been long-running rumours of a feud between Prince Harry and David Beckham and a recent outing has only added fuel to the fire.

Prince Harry's encounter with Brooklyn Beckham sparks 'feud' speculation

Rumours have swirled for several months that the close friendship between the Sussexes and the Beckhams has ended.

The couples go way back, with the Beckhams becoming friendly with Meghan after she first moved to London.

David and Victoria were invited to the royal wedding in Windsor back in 2018 and they remained on good terms with the duke and duchess during their tumultuous Megxit from the royal family.

However, the Sussexes were notably absent from Brooklyn Beckham’s lavish wedding to heiress Nicola Peltz in Palm Beach, Florida, in April last year.

Tellingly Serena Williams, a close friend of Meghan’s, was on the guest list.

Back in July, Britain’s Mail on Sunday reported that the Sussexes had become suspicious that David and Victoria had leaked stories about them to the press.

That accusation had left David “absolutely bloody furious”, the newspaper reported.

There is also the fact that the Beckhams remain close with Prince William and his wife Kate who are not on speaking terms with the Sussexes.

Although both camps have resolutely denied rumours of a rift, there can be no doubt that Harry’s attendance at an Inter Miami football game in Los Angeles on Sunday pointed to a friendship that is very much over.

First up, Harry and David were both at the game but did not sit together, with Harry opting instead to sit with venture capitalist Adam Lilling.

David, who owns Inter Miami, had flown in specially for the match where his team took on Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) at the BMO stadium.

More tellingly still, Brooklyn and his wife Nicola were filmed walking past Harry and his security service.

A video that has been shared on social media thousands of times, shows Brooklyn walking behind a crowd who stopped to take pictures of Harry.

However, the young Beckham and his wife kept on walking, their eyes firmly facing forward.

Whatever happened to the famous friends remains a mystery for now, but the Beckhams are joining a growing pool of people who seem to be keeping the Sussexes at arm’s reach.
