Nicole Kidman’s unemployed niece begs for a job after moving to London: ‘Totally stupid decision’

The niece of A-lister Nicole Kidman is job hunting after making the “totally stupid” move to leave her Aussie TV presenting gig to chase her dreams abroad.

Nicole Kidman’s niece has revealed that she’s currently in between jobs after packing up and making the “risky” move to London.

Lucia Hawley, 26, had recently made the big move from Australia to the UK, but admitted that she’s finding it difficult to get situated without a steady income.

In her latest Substack blog, the former presenter — who quit as host of “7Bravo” Down Under — detailed how she’s getting on with her new life in England.

“On June 18, I officially made the move to London. On paper, this is a totally stupid decision, and honestly, frightens me (someone hire me pls),” Hawley wrote.

“I am risk-averse, which means my body quite literally rejects the idea of both moving overseas and being unemployed.”

Hawley admitted that she found it “traumatic” to part ways with her boyfriend Henry, and her younger siblings.

“Saying goodbye to Henry was incredibly difficult (I am traumatised by airport goodbyes). Even harder were the goodbyes to my family — I kissed my little brothers through floods of tears,” she wrote.

Still, Hawley admitted that while it was a scary trigger to pull, she ultimately knew that moving was the right decision for her.

“It is exciting and freeing and kind of what life is all about,” she went on.

“I believe home to be a feeling… Having a strong network of people who support you is what truly enables you to navigate the world with confidence and self-assurance.”

Prior to her move, Hawley served as the host of “7Bravo” in Australia.

Following her departure, the show announced in December that former “Bachelor” star Bella Varelis would take over the reins.

Hawley is the eldest child of Kidman’s sister Antonia, 54, and her ex-husband Angus.

The TV host boasts a close friendship with the Oscar winner, as she recently returned from a lavish vacation in Croatia with her mom and the “Babygirl” star.

Hawley shared an Instagram slideshow with snaps from the warm-weather getaway, including a photo of the three posing in long, breezy white dresses.

“Griswalds on tour 🕺🕺🕺🕺,” she captioned the images.

She kickstarted her TV career after pursuing an arts degree at the University of Sydney and interning at Vogue Australia.

Hawley landed the “7Bravo” hosting gig with NBC Universal in 2022.
