A New York Court has heard Sean “Diddy” Combs has been slapped with two new criminal charges. Warning: Graphic

Diddy accuser names two other celebrities in new court filing

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with a new indictment that added two new charges in the sex-trafficking case against him.

Combs, 55, had previously been hit with one count of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The new indictment, made public Friday morning in Manhattan federal court, added one more count each of sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution according to The New York Post.

Prosecutors claim the Bad Boy Records founder carried out a years-long pattern of drugging women and forcing them to have sex with male prostitutes for his own sexual gratification.

The sessions — which Combs dubbed “freak offs” — would sometimes last for days, prosecutors allege.

The “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper pleaded not guilty to prior versions of the indictment and he is slated to face trial on May 5.

The music mogul has been behind bars since he was arrested in September.

He also faces a slew of civil lawsuits by men and women who claim they were sexually abused by him and others.

He’s maintained his innocence in both the criminal and civil cases. Combs’ lawyers and rep didn’t immediately return a request for comment Friday morning.

ACCUSER SAYS HE WAS FORCED TO WEAR PENIS MASK

Another person is suing Sean “Diddy” Combs, claiming he was raped, sexually assaulted and forced to wear a penis mask at a party hosted by the disgraced hip-hop mogul in 2015.

According to a lawsuit filed in Florida and obtained by Page Six, the accuser, Joseph Manzaro, claims Combs “facilitated and engaged in the trafficking” of the victim and “directly perpetrated acts of sexual violence” toward him in early April 2015.

The alleged victim name-drops several celebrities whom he allegedly saw at the party in his lawsuit, including Jay-Z, Beyonce, LeBron James and surprisingly Gloria and Emilio Estefan and more.

While Manzaro claims the aforementioned celebrities allegedly witnessed Combs’ assault first-hand, he is only suing the Bad Boy Records founder and Emilio for misconduct, along with individuals Eric Mejias, Brendan Paul and Adria English, per the lawsuit.

Reps for Jay-Z and Beyonce did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment. However, a rep for Gloria and Emilio told Page Six they “strongly deny the allegations made.”

A spokesperson for James told us, “This is demonstrably false and doesn’t even merit a report or response. A basic internet search shows what LeBron was doing all of April 2015. He was playing basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers and never in Miami.”

Combs’ legal team also denied the claims, telling Page Six: “This complaint demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday. No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. Mr Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies – and the perverse motives of those who told them – will be revealed.”

Per the court documents, Manzaro alleges he “felt a greasy substance resembling Vaseline on his hand” upon arriving home to his West Palm Beach, Florida, residence and trying to unlock his door in 2015.

“Plaintiff attempted to wash his hands but lost consciousness before he could do so,” the lawsuit states, adding that Manzaro allegedly woke up in the back seat of a moving vehicle.

Manzaro alleges in the court docs that he was taken to the Estefan’s mansion on Star Island Drive in Miami. Upon arrival, he alleges Gloria panicked when she saw his “deteriorating state” and demanded that an ambulance be called, per the lawsuit.

“However, Defendant Emilio quickly silenced her and ushered her away into the crowd,” the lawsuit reads.

In response, a rep for the Estefans told Page Six, “The property in question was never a home where Gloria and Emilio resided, but it was rather a house they owned for family use.”

Manzaro claims he also saw James — who was allegedly wearing a white bath towel and brown shower shoes and carrying a shaving bag — walking through the hallway of the home.

“LeBron James looked at Plaintiff and, in response to Gloria Estefan’s plan for an ambulance, remarked, ‘Y’all better do something about that!’” the suit claims.

The plaintiff alleges that “Diddy’s Personal Sexual Assistant,” English, then led him “through a concealed tunnel” from the Estefan mansion that “secretly transferred” him to “Defendant Diddy’s mansion,” where Combs was hosting a 17th birthday party for his son Christian.

After Manzaro allegedly regained partial consciousness, he claims he witnessed Jay-Z (real name: Shawn Carter) and wife Beyonce in a large party area of the Sean John founder’s home. At the time, he was allegedly wearing the phallic mask forced on him by Combs.

“Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles-Carter were seated in the room, and upon seeing Plaintiff, Beyonce Knowles-Carter asked, ‘What’s this? What’s this all about? Why is this half-naked white man with a cock mask standing here in front of me?” the lawsuit states.

That’s when Defendant Mejias allegedly responded, “Diddy wants him to see what we do to snitches. This is part of his punishment,” according to the docs.

Manzaro alleges that he was “forcibly paraded through multiple rooms filled with people who were jeering and taunting him” while wearing the mask.

“Defendant Diddy explicitly ordered Plaintiff’s degradation, stating, ‘He’s gonna find out what we do to snitches tonight. Get him undressed!’” the lawsuit states.

“Plaintiff was stripped and placed inside a shower area where two unidentified women forcibly washed him while Defendants Eric and Bony Rivera watched. Following this, the Plaintiff was dressed in a small thong bikini bottom and a black leather mask with a rubber dam forcibly inserted and zipped closed over his head. A locking sex device was affixed to the mask, which protruded from his mouth.”

Manzaro further alleges in the lawsuit that he was “subjected to degrading and non-consensual acts at the direction of Defendants Diddy and Adria.”

“Plaintiff was sexually assaulted and forced to partake in unwanted sexual activity using the mask and sex toy on a large black leather ottoman fist until he lost consciousness again,” the lawsuit states.

“There were no parties thrown at that property between 2012 and 2019. We have all necessary documentation to support these facts and will provide it to the court.”

According to a previous news article from 2015, Combs’ son Christian celebrated his 17th birthday on April 1, 2015.

On that same day, Jay-Z was reportedly in New York — not Florida — visiting Hostos Community College to speak about the state of the music industry and his streaming platform, Tidal. He also visited NYU while he was in the Big Apple.

Combs is currently behind bars awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and more. He is also facing a slew of lawsuits, accusing him of a range of sexual misconduct.

The “Act Bad” rapper pleaded not guilty to the charges and has denied all wrongdoing.

His trial is set to begin in May.
