Jay Leno has sustained injuries from yet another accident years after suffering third-degree burns from a freak car fire and broken bones from a motorcycle crash.

Jay Leno is sporting a nasty bruise on his face after falling down a hill and landing on a rock.

The US comedian, 74, arrived at Monday’s Comedy For Kobe event in Beverly Hills, California, wearing an eyepatch with a massive bruise on the side of his face and a bandage around his wrist.

He explained to a TMZ pap that he had been staying at a hotel on top of a hill over the weekend when he wanted to visit the restaurant at the bottom.

Instead of taking the designated mile-and-a-half long path, he decided to go down the hill that was about “60 to 70 feet” high and “didn’t look that steep.”

“I fell down and rolled down the hill,” he detailed.

“Hit my head on a rock, knocked me on the eye,” he added before lifting his eyepatch to show his eye was bruised shut.

The former late-night talk show host then revealed that instead of seeking medical help, he chose to go on with his performance at the Yaamava Casino in Highland, California.

“When I came back to LA, I went to the hospital,” he said. “It was only a couple of hours of the show, so. It’s not that big of a deal, it’s fine!”

This is not the first time Leno has sparked concern after a serious accident.

In November 2022, he was rushed to the hospital after a freak car fire left him with third-degree burns on the left side of his face and hands.

At the time, the avid car collector had been in the Los Angeles garage where he kept his vehicles when one of them burst into flames. Following the accident, he had to undergo several surgeries and skin graft procedures.

Speaking to Page Six about the accident, he said, “I got some serious burns from a gasoline fire. I am OK. Just need a week or two to get back on my feet.”

A few months later, in January 2023, he was involved in a motorcycle accident that left him with several broken bones.

He told a Las Vegas Review-Journal reporter at the time, “Just last week, I got knocked off my motorcycle. So I’ve got a broken collarbone. I’ve got two broken ribs. I’ve got two cracked kneecaps.”

In May 2023, he insisted to Page Six that he was doing “fine” after the two accidents.

“Look, when you’re in my position, when you’re any kind of celebrity, you’re luckier than most people,” the former Tonight Show host explained.

“So when something bad happens to you, you can’t whine and complain about it because bad things happen to people every day — either they get burned or they get cut — and they don’t have the financial wherewithal I did.”

Most recently, Leno was forced to file for conservatorship of his wife, Mavis Leno, after she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. He was granted it shortly after.
