The actor moved on with Perry, 40, in January 2016 and the couple got engaged in February 2019. They welcomed their daughter, Daisy Dove, in August 2020.

Kerr, on her part, married Snapchat co-founder Evan Spiegel in 2017. The duo shares three sons: Hart, Myles and Pierre.

The mum-of-four has always been vocal about her close friendship with the Roar singer and even joked that she “loves Perry more than her ex” in 2021.

“We go on holidays together,” Kerr said on the Moments with Candace Parker podcast. “We celebrate all the important milestones together.”

When Perry and Bloom welcomed their now 4-year-old daughter, Kerr publicly congratulated them on the birth.

“I’m so happy for you guys,” she commented on the songwriter’s social media. “Can’t wait to meet her.”

Based on the author’s recent social media post, it appears that the ladies will remain close despite Perry and Bloom’s recent break-up.

The pop star and the Lord of the Rings actor’s split came to light in June after nearly 10 years together and months of break-up speculation. A source exclusively told Page Six that the Pirates of the Caribbean actor “unapologetically” flirted with women in Miami, Florida, before their split was made public.

“Orlando was definitely with girls in Miami,” the insider told us earlier this month. “He’s been not subtly out and about.”

On July 3, the exes confirmed their break-up through a joint statement.

“Due to the abundance of recent interest and conversation surrounding Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry’s relationship, representatives have confirmed that Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on co-parenting,” reps for the former couple said in a joint statement to Page Six.

“They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is — and always will be — raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect.”

The former American Idol judge has seemingly moved on with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, as the duo were recently caught looking smitten on a dinner date in Montreal.

An eyewitness told TMZ that they enjoyed cocktails and shared several dishes before personally thanking the staff.
