The 35-year-old walked the red carpet at the Venice Film Festival for the premiere of her new flick Planetarium overnight and appeared to show off a definite baby bump.
While the latest Hollywood trend seems to be staying tight-lipped about new bubs until the final moment, there was no hiding the news at the premiere, with Portman looking chic and fresh in the very fitted, white Grecian-style gown.
Soon after her appearance, a source confirmed to People magazine the Oscar winner and her husband, French choreographer Benjamin Millepied, are expecting their second bub.
The couple are already the parents to five-year-old son Aleph.
