He also posted the mum and son happy snap on his Instagram feed, where it attracted a comment from Summer Warne, the teenage daughter of cricketer Shane Warne.

“Happy birthday Damian, missing you lots,” she wrote.

Shane Warne and Liz Hurley were famously in a relationship for three years. The pair ended their engagement in 2013.

The age-defying Hurley flaunts her incredible bikini body.

The star revealed to The Sun’s Bizarre column in February that Damien doubles as her personal photographer — and takes her sexy bikini shots.

Damian is responsible for some of the raunchy snaps she posts on her Instagram page, which has 823,000 followers.

Hurley said: “He definitely takes some, but I do have other friends that I can torture for some too.”

“I’ve been in the business for a really long time so my body is something I have to take care of and think about all the time. I use as much cream as possible on it.”
