A-listers’ daughter debuts new look in LA

The child of two of the most famous actors in the world has been spotted trying out a different look at a dance class in LA.

Stepping into a new style.

Shiloh Jolie was spotted sporting a new look while outside a dance class in Los Angeles this week.

The 18-year-old daughter of estranged exes Angelina Jolie, 49, and Brad Pitt, 61, looked radiant and fresh-faced as she exited a car clutching a black Nike backpack, reports the New York Post.

Once described by Jolie as liking to dress “like a dude” during her younger years, Shiloh has often leaned towards tailored suits and clothes usually thought of as masculine — an aesthetic both parents have embraced and supported over the years.

The dancer’s look on Wednesday was slightly softer than the outfits she’s worn to dance classes as of late. Donning a crew neck sweatshirt rather than her usual hoodie, for instance, showed off her long blonde hair in an effortlessly chic updo.

In place of earrings in the shape of safety pins, she opted for gold hoop earrings. Even her black wide-leg cargo pants — perfectly on-trend with Gen Z fashion predilections — were a slightly elevated departure from the jeans and sweatpants she has been seen donning around LA.

Shiloh’s latest ensemble proved she looks stunning whether dressed casually for class or dressed up for the red carpet.

The dancer has been wearing her hair long as of late, in contrast to shorter haircuts she once preferred.

Shiloh’s famous mom spoke about her young daughter’s style in a 2010 interview with Vanity Fair. “She likes tracksuits, she likes [regular] suits,” the Oscar-winner explained of her then 4-year-old daughter. “She likes to dress like a boy. She wants to be a boy. So we had to cut her hair. She likes to wear boys’ everything. She thinks she’s one of the brothers.”

That same year, responding to headlines about the fashions Shiloh gravitated towards, Jolie told Reuters, “I think she is fascinating, the choices she is making.

“I would never be the kind of parent to force somebody to be something they are not. I think that is just bad parenting.”

Jolie added, “Children should be allowed to express themselves in whatever way they wish without anybody judging them because it is an important part of their growth.

“Society always has something to learn when it comes to the way we judge each other, label each other. We have far to go.”

In August, Shiloh won her bid to change her name from Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt to Shiloh Nouvel Jolie, per a court ruling obtained by TMZ. Shiloh filed a petition for the name change after her 18th birthday.

Four months later, Jolie and Pitt settled their bitter eight year-long divorce.
