Super Bowl 2025: Matt Damon joins David Beckham for Stella Artois ad

It’s Super Bowl LIX time and one of the most anticipated aspects of the blockbuster NFL championship game each year is the ads.

And 2025 doesn’t disappoint. Here’s a selection of some of the best, from David Beckham’s skit with Matt Damon for an iconic beer brand, to a spicy performance by Paris Hilton for hot sauce.

STELLA ARTOIS

Matt Damon plays David Beckham’s long-lost twin brother in a hilarious Super Bowl ad for Belgian beer brand Stella Artois.

The actor and soccer superstar joined up to play a pair of reunited brothers, both called David.

The ad shows Beckham sharing a beer with his fictional parents in England as they break the news to him that he has a twin who was “left in America”.

Beckham then embarks on a journey to the US where he finds the “other David”, known as Dave Beckham, played by Damon.

The pair hit it off and spend the day eating buffalo wings and enjoying bottles of Stella Artois.

HELLMANN’S

That famous New York deli scene from When Harry Met Sally has been recreated for a Super Bowl ad spruiking Hellmann’s mayonnaise.

In the 1989 film, Meg Ryan’s character Sally decides to show Harry, played by Billy Crystal, how a woman might fake an orgasm.

The ad has been filmed in the same famed Katz’s deli and includes a cameo from the same deli diner, played by Sydney Sweeney, who quips: “I’ll have what she’s having” at the end of Ryan’s climactic performance.

RAY-BAN META

Chris Hemsworth and Chris Pratt ham it up as look-alike guests at what appears to be an art gallery full of real, and very expensive, art to spruik Ray-Ban’s AI glasses for Meta when things go pear-shaped.

Enter stage left, Kris Jenner wearing the glasses before the Kardashian clan momager takes control of the situation.

It’s a bar scene and a guy playing pool decides to tell a joke that starts: “So a horse walks into a bar ...”
