Actor Lucy Hale has sparked romance rumours with none other than A-lister Rob Lowe’s son, Johnny.
The pint-sized duo were hanging out in Los Angeles, and Lucy, 35, kept it casual in jeans and a crop top while Johnny, 29, took a page out of Justin Bieber’s fashion book and rocked a trucker hat, some baggy jeans and a white singlet.
Lucy is only 5’2”, and Johnny doesn’t appear much taller than her.
He gives short king vibes, which actor Tom Holland helped make hot.
They weren’t holding hands or doing anything exciting, but the pair were spotted getting lunch together, which gives off big date vibes.
Lucy is most famous for playing Aria on the hit television show Pretty Little Liars and has since worked consistently on both movies and television.
She’s also had a pretty random dating life, the kind that happens when you’ve been in Hollywood long enough.
For instance, she’s dating Wizards of Waverly Place alum David Henrie, but she’s also dated Chris Zylka, who was engaged to Paris Hilton in 2018.
Johnny’s previous dating life is more of a mystery but he is the son of Lowe and make-up artist Sheryl Berkoff.
In a typical ‘son of a famous person’ fashion, Johnny has had a relatively random career.
It was not quite Brooklyn Beckham randomly publishing a photographer book level and then pivoting into becoming a chef and marrying a billionaire heiress.
However, it is still not a relatable path.
Johnny has decided to follow directly in his father’s footsteps and has pretty much exclusively act on projects his dad stars in.
He appeared on a few episodes of the short-lived series The Grinder, which Rob Lowe led in 2017.
He also starred alongside his dad and his brother Edward in a documentary series called The Lowe Files in 2017, which examined unsolved mysteries.
Sadly, that series was cancelled after only one season.
In 2019, he appeared in the Christmas movie Holiday in the Wild, in which his dad also starred.
He then decided to kick things up a notch, and he co-created the Netflix television series Unstable, which premiered in 2023 and has been renewed for another season.
No surprises, but the series also stars his dad, and Johnny plays his son on the show as well.
Besides working with his famous dad, Johnny, has over 200,000 followers on Instagram, describes himself as a “slow driver,” and is a Stanford alum.
