Celebrities and their incredible ‘Mini-me’ doppelgangers
The world did a double take when Nicole Kidman and Naomi Watts stepped out with their lookalike kids – but they aren’t the only celebrity mini-mes doing their thing.

Aussie superstars Nicole Kidman and Naomi Watts had the world doing double takes when they were photographed with their children in the front row at the Balenciaga autumn/winter 2024 couture show in Paris last week.
Kidman, an ambassador for Balenciaga, was accompanied by mini-me Sunday Rose, who she shares with husband Keith Urban. Watts’ plus one was her youngest child Kai, who she co-parents with ex-husband Liev Schreiber.
Sunday Rose and Kai certainly looked every bit as effortlessly cool and glamorous as their ‘I-will-not-remove-my-sunglasses-even-though-I-am-indoors’ mothers. But they aren’t the only mini-mes to famous celebrity parents; here are other celebrity kids who could easily pass as their parent’s doppelgangers.
KATIE HOLMES AND SURI CRUISE
Even though she is often photographed alongside her Dawson’s Creek alum mother Katie Holmes in their home city of New York, Suri Cruise has lived a life largely outside the public eye.
The 18-year-old recently celebrated her high school graduation, notably dropping her very famous surname from the graduation pamphlet in favour of her mother’s middle name, Noelle.
And while Holmes was cheering her lookalike daughter on from the crowd, Suri’s father Tom Cruise was cheering in a very different crowd altogether – he was pictured in a VIP tent at a Taylor Swift concert in London.
Cruise has been largely absent from Suri’s life. There has never been a firm answer as to why this is the case, but the common consensus is that his religion, Scientology, forbids contact with family members outside the religion.
KANYE ‘YE’ WEST AND NORTH WEST
There is no doubt North West not only looks like her rapper father – she is certainly destined to be an entertainer as well.
At only 11 years old, Kanye ‘Ye’ West and Kim Kardashian’s eldest child has appeared in a music video – granted, it was for one of her dad’s songs – lent her voice to an animation, appeared in several episodes of reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians and performed ‘I Just Can’t Wait To Be King’ at the Lion King’s 30th Anniversary special.
Lately, she has been photographed hanging out with West’s second wife, Aussie Bianca Censori, at a cafe in Tokyo, cuddling pigs. As you do.
JAY Z AND BLUE IVY
Who run the world? Blue Ivy does. Like her parents – Jay Z and Beyonce – the 12-year-old, who was dubbed by Time Magazine ‘the most famous baby in the world’, doesn’t really need a surname.
She does have one though; it’s Carter, after her father, Shawn Corey Carter, known professionally as Jay Z. A surname is not the only thing they share because the resemblance is uncanny.
But while she might take after her father, Blue Ivy is her mother’s daughter. She not only dances in her mother’s stage shows but the talented tween also sings on a few tracks.
RONAN KEATING AND JACK KEATING
Twenty-four year old Jack is a dead ringer for his pa, musician Ronan Keating. But while Keating was topping the charts as one of the members of hit boy band BoyZone in his 20s, Jack has set his sights on an entirely new entertainment career: reality TV.
In 2022, the social media star and ‘public figure’ appeared on popular dating show Love Island UK. He also appeared on UK’s Dinner Dates last year.
In May 2023, Jack announced on social media he was a father for the first time, making Keating a young grandad at 46. Jack’s mum is Yvonne Connolly, who Keating separated from in 2010.
LIZ HURLEY AND DAMIAN HURLEY
So close are Liz Hurley and her only child, 22-year-old Damian, that she is comfortable filming sex scenes in his directorial debut, Strictly Confidential. The film, released in April this year, was shot in only 18 days in the Carribbean, a feat that Damian says was helped by the pair’s “twin-like telepathy”.
The actor and model has long followed in his mother’s famous footsteps, most notably starring as Prince Hansel of Liechtenstein in TV show The Royals.
With hair as luscious as his Hurley’s, combined with her youthful looks, it’s no wonder people often call them siblings rather than mother and son.
JACKIE O HENDERSON AND CATALINA ‘KITTY’ HENDERSON
Another parent who looks much younger than her age is radio host Jackie O Henderson. The 49-year-old has made headlines in recent months for losing 18kg in less than a year and is often photographed looking glamorous at various events with friends like Pip Edwards and tradie turned model Jack Tyerman.
Like Liz and Damian Hurley, she often looks more like her 13-year-old’s sister rather than her mum.
Henderson and her ex-husband, Lee, co-parent Kitty and seemingly get along very well. At the time of their break-up in 2018, she called the separation “extremely amicable”.
TERRI IRWIN AND BINDI IRWIN
Staunch conservationists Terri and Bindi Irwin are peas in a pod. The mother and daughter duo are fierce wildlife warriors who spend their days looking after Steve Irwin’s legacy and his sanctuary, Queensland’s Australia Zoo.
Bindi’s husband, Chandler, is also heavily involved in looking after the zoo. Her brother, Robert, has recently taken his television presenting skills to new heights as the co-host of I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Outta Here!
Last year, Terri revealed video footage of herself and a very young Bindi, juxtaposed with Bindi doting on her young daughter, Grace. Fans on social media noted the similarities between Terri and Bindi, and how alike a young Bindi and Grace looked.
LLEYTON HEWITT AND CRUZ HEWITT
Come on! How much does Lleyton and Bec Hewitt’s son Cruz look like his dad? The 15-year-old isn’t only his father’s twin in looks – he is also on his way to becoming a tennis pro too.
In September last year, Cruz secured his first ever pro win at the Darwin Tennis International and earlier this year, he made his Australian Open debut at Melbourne Park, competing in the first round of the boys’ singles event.
Watching and cheering from the sidelines was his proud dad and former world number one.
