SHE’S admitted to having work done to her face that she regrets. And after years of nips and tucks, Courteney Cox is beginning to look like herself again.

AFTER years of nips and tucks, Courteney Cox is beginning to look like herself again.

This week the former Friends star, 53, admitted she had done work to her face that she regrets, saying it gradually got to a point where she realised: “Oh sh*t, this doesn’t look right”.

“I’ve had all my fillers dissolved. I’m as natural as I can be. I feel better because I look like myself. I think that I now look more like the person that I was. I hope I do,” she told NewBeauty.

After Friends wrapped in 2004, the actress went on to star in her own sitcom Cougar Town, but her ever-changing face is what made headlines. But it seems the star is well and truly reversing the procedures.

Earlier this month, Cox was snapped looking more natural since having the fillers dissolved. Photos show Cox leaving a Beverly Hills hair salon with damp hair and looking cool and casual in a black top and blue jeans. With minimal makeup, the actress’ face looked fresh and natural.

In the candid interview with NewBeauty, Cox said it was a friend who told her to stop the procedures.

“I have one friend who was like, ‘Whoa, no more!’ I thought, ‘I haven’t done anything in six months.’ I didn’t realise,” she said.

While Cox didn’t name the friend in the interview, her pal and former co-star Jennifer Aniston famously commented on actress’ who “inject sh*t into their face” in 2014.

“I am grateful to learn from their mistakes, because I am not injecting sh*t into my face … I see them and my heart breaks,” she told Yahoo! Beauty. “I think, ‘Oh god if you only know how much older you look.’ They are trying to stop the clock, and all you can see is an insecure person who won’t let themselves just age. I also have a fiance who will put a gun to my head if I touch my face in any way.”
