SINGER Ciara has revealed exactly how she achieved her incredible post-baby body - and it’s not for the faint-hearted.

Ciara, who gave birth to daughter Sienna Princess Wilson in 2017, has revealed she achieved her killer body by hitting the gym several times a day.

“It was kind of like, wake up in the morning, breastfeed, eat a small meal, go train, come back in, breastfeed, eat another meal, go train, then come back, have another meal, and then a third training session at night,” the dancer explained in US Cosmopolitan’s November issue.

The Goodies singer, 32, said it was a challenge but, “one I set for myself, not for anyone else. Taking care of myself makes me feel really good. And I want to keep it sexy too, you know.”

It’s not hard to deny Ciara’s ambition when it comes to the gym and her career. She added she won’t let anything get in her way to the top.

“I never thought, ‘I can’t be’ because of the colour of my skin, ‘I can’t be’ because of my gender,” Ciara said. “No dream is too big. I want to be a billionaire.”

Looking ahead 10 years down the road, Ciara wants her biggest accomplishment to not be another hit album, but being a successful mum and wife.

“It’s cool to want to do all these creative things, but it’s no good to gain the world if you lose your soul,” she said.
