Inside the $210m ultra-luxury EADE Residences hitting the Byron Bay market
Construction on Byron Bay's first beachfront apartment development in a decade has started with 25 ultra-luxury beach facing residences priced from $4.75m up for grabs.
Byron Bay’s first new beachfront apartment project in a decade is under construction with the ultra-luxury collection of 25 private residences released to the market.
The $210m three-level EADE Residences Byron Bay is being developed by the Brisbane-based Vitale Property Group with the three-bedroom homes priced from $4.75m.
The development is on 6000 sqm absolute beachfront on the corner of Shirley and Milton streets, Main Beach, and the collection includes 10 Garden Apartments with generous private gardens ranging from 284 sqm to 622 sqm.
Nine of the apartments feature private pools and the five ultra-premium apartments and 10 rooftop terrace apartments all feature private plunge pools and expansive outdoor entertaining spaces with protected outlooks across the beach.
Vitale Property Group managing partner Chris Vitale said EADE Byron Bay was conceived to capture the raw, effortless spirit of the location while redefining luxury living on Australia’s East Coast.
“Sites like this are incredibly rare and from the moment we secured it, we felt a deep responsibility to create something truly worthy of its setting,” he said.
“Every detail, from the architecture and landscaping to the interiors and amenities, has been carefully considered to reflect Byron’s natural beauty and relaxed sophistication.
“It’s not just about luxury, it’s about authenticity and a feeling that can’t be replicated.”
Architects Hayball and renowned interior design Alexander & Co have come together to create the vision for the project.
EADE residents will also enjoy exclusive 5-star hotel-style amenities, including a resort-style pool surrounded by subtropical gardens, a fully equipped gymnasium, sauna and cold plunge pool, dedicated workspaces and concierge services.
The apartments are being exclusively presented to the market for the first time by Projx Australia in collaboration with Whitefox Projects.
Whitefox Projects’ Phillip Rand said interest in EADE Byron Bay has already been exceptionally strong even before its official launch, with inquiries from Sydney, Melbourne,
Brisbane and Gold Coast.
“Representing the first beachfront development approved in Byron Bay in a decade, EADE Byron Bay brings a rare opportunity to live directly on the sands of Main Beach, overlooking the world-famous Wreck surf break,” he said.
