Megan Ellen Hohenaus had been pulled over by police while driving on Neil St about 7.13pm, November 7 and tested positive for cannabis, Toowoomba Magistrates Court heard.
The next day, police executed a search warrant at her home during which some new garden hose and other items were found which she told police were replacement parts for her bong, police prosecutor Chris Willson told the court.
The search also turned up a total 21.29g of cannabis, scales for weighing the drug and a grinder for chopping up leaf, Senior Constable Willson said.
The 32-year-old pleaded guilty to the charges.
