A man has been hospitalised after he was assaulted during a frightening home invasion in Wilsonton Heights overnight.
Police were called to a robbery at a home in Burgundy Street about 12.50am on Friday.
It is alleged that two people entered the property and assaulted the 27-year-old occupant, inflicting injuries to his leg and head.
The offenders stole a dirt bike and fled.
Paramedics were called to the incident and treated the man for non life-threatening injuries, before transporting him to Toowoomba Hospital.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said a complaint had not been received about the incident.
Investigations continue.
