A man suffered serious injuries, including a ‘significant’ arm injury, after he was struck by a vehicle at the bottom of the range on Thursday night, with police now investigating the crash.

A man has suffered a “significant” arm injury following a collision with a vehicle in Withcott on Thursday night.
Emergency services were called to Toowoomba Connection Rd about 9.19pm after an incident involving a vehicle and pedestrian.
According to the Queensland Ambulance Service, a 41-year-old man suffered a “significant” arm injury, as well as a leg injury, and was taken to Toowoomba Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said the Forensic Crash Unit was investigating the incident, and that the driver of the vehicle, a 49-year-old Westbrook man, was not physically injured.
