Man almost beaten to death by group of men in Toowoomba CDB
Police are on the hunt for a group of men who allegedly gang-bashed a lone man on the streets of Toowoomba during the early hours of the morning.

Police are investigating a violent crime that took place in the Toowoomba CBD in the early hours of Sunday morning after a man was almost beaten to death.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman said initial investigations suggested the victim first approached a group of men on the corner of Russell Street and Ruthven Street before 5am.
It’s alleged the man started an altercation with the group before he was badly beaten.
A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said the man was rushed to hospital with “significant potentially life-threatening head injuries”.
However, as of 10am on Sunday, November 24, the man’s vitals were stable.
The police spokeswoman said the man would recover from his injuries.
She said police were conducting injuries with several witnesses and no arrests had been made.
