St George is set to unleash big centre Phoenix Johns for their crucial encounter with Balmain.

Both teams are coming off heavy round one losses, and the addition of Jones adds an X-factor out wide.

His inclusion pushes Iverson Pauga to the wing.

The Warriors will be without halfback Ashton Ulaula-Ieremia who starred in a round one win over Manly.

Alapati Tusa Soagia comes in for him.

Steven Nunn is out for Parramatta after scoring the matchwinning try against Newcastle.

Mark Peterson comes into the starting side with Strantz Schaumkel elevated from 18th man to the bench.

Western Suburbs welcome a pair of big names as they chase their first win of the season.

Co-captain Denzel Schaafhausen-Mino comes onto the bench while Parramatta recruit Fagalele Fagalele starts at five-eighth in a reshuffled backline.

Riley Oitmann moves to fullback with Ali Hachim Karnib and Glassie Glassie out.

Manly welcomes new recruit Tanner Mahon into its 17 for a big home match against Illawarra.

Mahon is coming off a Harold Matthews season with the Rabbitohs.

EJ Mahu-Delamere is the only new face for the Roosters ahead of its match of the round contender against Parramatta, stepping onto the wing for Baxter Warner.

Cronulla has two key additions of centre Kaden Garner and lock Thomas Dellow as it looks to make it back-to-back wins when coming up against fellow unbeaten side Canberra.

TARSHA GALE CUP

The Wests Tigers have pulled off a stunning coup, landing a rising NRLW prospect for the remainder of the season.

After playing out the Fiaola Cup season with Parramatta last year, Danielle Seckold was named in the Eels Tarsha Gale squad for the new season.

In a stunning move, the centre/winger who played out the back-end of the year with HNWP club Wentworthville, has been named to line up in the centre for the Wests Tigers this weekend.

Audrey Nadaya-Harb has been named to make her Penrith debut, fittingly against old club Canterbury when the two sides clash at Blacktown.

The Bulldogs will add star power to their side, with Olivia Vaalele set to play her first game at the U19s level, partnering Shaquaylah Mahakitau-Monschau in the halves.

Newcastle has been boosted for its blockbuster clash with the Roosters at Mascot, with NRLW experienced second rower Evah McEwen coming into the side.
