The best schoolboys rugby league players will be in Redcliffe next week for the ASSRL National Championships, battling to be crowned the best state in the nation.
It is a list of players that includes the sons of NRL legends, future top level talents and emerging Origin talents.
Every match of the ASSRL Nationals will be exclusively live streamed on KommunityTV from July 1.

Ahead of the nationals, News Corp Australia rugby league writer Brent Read has dissected the squads and come up with the definitive list of the top 50 talents.

While fullbacks, halves and lock forwards seem to be the key players when it comes to the top end of town, at schoolboys level it is a damaging centre who takes the mantle at the top of our list.
Panthers junior Casey McLean, the younger brother of Australian Schoolboys winger Jesse, has been judged the top talent heading into the nationals.
According to NSWCIS manager Andrew Hutchinson, it isn’t hard to see why the Newington College flyer will be the name on everyone’s lips.
“He is like his brother but has a bit more ball skill than his brother. He is quick and strong and plays in GPS 1s for rugby.
“He played for us as a 15-year-old in the state championships (in 2020). We talked a lot about him then and we have spoken with Penrith and they rate him big time.
“They all talk about how good Jesse is and they see more in Casey coming through.
“He is only a quiet kid, but everyone says how wonderful he is. Jesse was outstanding on and off the paddock with the way he approached the game, and it seems Casey is following very closely in those footsteps. The whole family are really lovely people.”
