Panthers enforcer James Fisher-Harris appears to have taken a light-hearted pot shot at Broncos glamour boy Reece Walsh during grand final celebrations.
This masthead was sent a video of Fisher-Harris seemingly having a cheeky dig at Walsh after the Broncos star became embroiled in a pre-grand final drama with a fan.
A Panthers supporter said to Walsh, who was being led to the team hotel by security, that Penrith prop Moses Leota was “going to take your head off.”
Walsh responded by saying: “I’ll take your mums.”
In the short video clearly directed at Walsh, Fisher-Harris says: “Your mum.”
Other Penrith players, appearing intoxicated, are heard to say: “Whose mum? Whose mum?”
They also appear to say: “Your dad’s mum.”
Their comments were filmed and circulated on social media. Leota was in the video with Fisher-Harris.
Fisher-Harris was under scrutiny after last year’s grand final when he incited a “we hate Parra” chant at the clubs fan day celebrations.
“I just want to say: Parra are our sons. Right here, right now, that’s just a fact,” Fisher-Harris said last year.
