The Australian Country Junior Basketball Cup is back in 2025, and the question on everybody’s lips is can someone topple the home state.
The Victorians were near unstoppable last year, winning five out of a possible six trophies, with only the Under-14 title going interstate to the NSW Kookaburras.
Victoria’s Bushrangers, Goldminers and Emus will again bring plenty of class and talent to the annual tournament in January as they hunt more Cup glory.
For the third-straight year the ACJBC tournament will be exclusively live streamed on KommunityTV and across News Corp Australia’s digital mastheads.
The KommunityTV coverage will feature matches from two courts across all five days of the tournament, including matches in all three age groups.

More than 600 junior basketballers will compete across three age groups at the annual tournament, with teams from Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania, South Australia and New Zealand making the trip to Albury-Wodonga for the event.
The border battlers will enter teams of their own into the Cup to defend home court.
The tournament is aimed at providing a platform for regional basketballers and has featured some impressive talents in recent years while in the past has played host to Patty Mills and Lauren Jackson.
Last year the Under-18s division was packed with future basketball talents including Penzy Hocking, Portia Chopping, Chloe Broomhall, Kira Juffermans and Indi Schwarz in the girls, while Aidan Schubert, Cooper Duff-Tytler, Keegan Johnson and Aki Langford dominated the boys tournament.
